Brexit bike ride
Still can’t believe, that we leave the EU at 11pm GMT tonight! Of course, I voted to say in the EU… But at least, I got one more cycle in before we leave! Only did 13.97 miles, but still more than pleased with that! Oh and yes, I was wearing a wetsuit 🙂

Vlog: 55,000 miles of cycling!
That’s me now done 55,000 miles of cycling, since April 2003. Well at least, I will have done, once I’ve cycled home after doing this vlog!

Second cycle in a row wearing the O’Neill 5/4 Mutant wetsuit. Also just my second cycle of the month. Will only have the time for another two or three cycles, this year. Since I am off to Scotland this weekend!

First cycle, in like 4 weeks…
WOW! That was like my first cycle, in over 4 weeks! Just not really been in mood for it. Last month, I only did 54.7 miles. Which is very, very poor. Since in November of last year, I did 315.5 miles. So just, hope I can get another 2 or 3 in before heading off to Scotland!
