Documentary series filmed over seven months looking at life behind the scenes at the UK’s biggest and busiest airport. In this edition, engineers rush to give an aircraft the world’s most expensive nose-job before it is needed to fly hundreds of passengers to America for Thanksgiving. Check-in assistant Lacey faces the daunting challenge of ensuring every kilo of excess baggage is weighed and paid for by passengers on a full flight to Bangladesh. Meanwhile, security staff race against the clock to screen every passenger and bag in time. Out on the airfield, aircraft handler Anasthasia leads an army of staff to trying to get a high-profile flight away on time.

Storm Troupers: The Fight to Forecast the Weather (BBC 4/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Monday 6th June 2016)

Series in which Alok Jha charts the history of weather forecasting. The final episode tells the story of how meteorology became one of the most important scientific endeavours of the modern age. Alok charts the progress of computer-based forecasting through the characters who pioneered it. He relives the moments that shook faith in forecasting to its core, investigates the discovery of chaos theory, which threatened to undo all confidence in 20th-century science, and discovers the scientific consequences of that infamous forecast – Michael Fish’s missed hurricane, the Great Storm of 1987. Alok uses science demonstrations to investigate the chaotic, unpredictable nature of weather, meets present-day giants of meteorology and observes one of the most powerful supercomputers in the world in action. Based in the Met Office HQ in Exeter, it’s capable of simulating our entire planet’s climate and will help humanity face the vagaries of our weather and climate for generations to come.

Penny starts in Coniston, a village that has seen everything from copper mining to hill farming, high-class Victorian tourism and the speed records of Donald Campbell. Further north, Penny meets the community buying its local mountain, before indulging in the unique Cumbrian pursuit of hound trailing.

A spate of violent attacks on women brings a state of fear to Poplar, and impacts directly on the residents of Nonnatus House. A secret pregnancy threatens the life of a young girl, after her mother takes matters into her own hands. Meanwhile, a long-overdue holiday for the Turner family fails to live up to expectations.

Griff Rhys Jones sets out to explore some of Britain’s most stunning landscapes. In this episode, he travels to the beautiful borderlands of the Shropshire countryside where he takes to the air to survey the landscape in all its glory. He explores medieval Ludlow, and revels in the engineering marvel that is Chirk Aqueduct. In his challenge to ‘catch a dragon’, he travels around the region the Victorians called Little Switzerland, taking in the historic Llangollen Canal.

Revived sci-fi drama series about two FBI agents who investigate the paranormal. Mulder and Scully travel to Oregon to follow up on accounts of a slaying by a bizarre lizard-human hybrid during a full moon.

The Secret Life of the Zoo (Channel 4/HD | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Tuesday 23rd February 2016)

There’s a tragedy in Chester Zoo’s elephant house. The Hi Way elephant family have been hit with a potentially deadly virus affecting animals in captivity and in the wild. With the youngest members of the family most at risk, the keepers and the zoo’s veterinary team do all they can to combat the mysterious illness. Mac the stallion zebra is introduced to the zoo’s three mares in the hope that they will produce much needed offspring for this endangered species. But the reaction from the mares isn’t quite what the keepers had hoped for and Mac must try to earn his stripes among the herd. There’s also a fascinating look into the bizarre world of the naked mole rat. Matriarch Janet rules her empire with an iron paw. She’s the head of a 38-strong colony of worker rats and is expecting her next litter.

Inside Buckingham Palace (Channel 5 | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Wednesday 24th February 2016)

This two-part series explores one of the most famous buildings in the world, and its roles as a family home, the official office of the Queen as Head of State and a stage for pomp and ceremony. This episode looks back over the more than sixty years since the Queen ascended to the throne and looks ahead to ask what might happen to the Palace when Charles becomes King.

Sky high prices mean that the drabbest, most outdated property on the street is often all we can afford. In this new series, George Clarke shows that even the ugliest house can be transformed into something to be proud of. George matches some of Britain’s most unloved houses with some of the country’s leading architects, who join cutting-edge conception to a tight budget, proving that great design doesn’t have to cost the earth. In the first episode, Tony and Sarah feel uninspired by their 70s house in the Vale of Glamorgan, including its dirty pebbledash facade, small windows and dated décor.

Series following patrols who make sure the UK does not grind to a halt when winter weather hits. In the Highlands, snow plough driver Chris has his work cut out keeping Applecross Pass open, patrolman Steve has to help a driver stuck in the mud without getting trapped himself and the heavies are called in to deal with a serious accident involving a lorry.

Death in Paradise (BBC 1/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Thursday 25th February 2016)

Detective drama series set on a Caribbean island. The team is faced with an impossible murder when a young backpacker is shot inside a sealed room. DI Goodman has a date, plus it is the day of JP’s wedding – but will he make it to the altar?

Best Walks with a View with Julia Bradbury (itv/HD | 8:00pm to 8:30pm | Friday 26th February 2016)

Julia Bradbury chooses some of her favourite and most accessible family treks from across the UK, in search of the perfect walk with a view which anyone can manage. The series explores coastal, mountain, valley and river walks and includes accessible route maps, pub and picnic options and stunning aerial perspectives. Episode two sees Julia in the Lake District, on the Borrowdale Walk – a haven for the adventurous and many a Viking sheep. She heads for one of her favourite fells – the much-loved and rugged little peak of Castle Crag. From the lush green valley floor to magnificent views over Derwent Water, it is an unforgettable walk.

Ellie Harrison and Matt Baker are in the Peaks in Derbyshire, looking at how the geology there gives rise to two distinct landforms – the Dark Peak and the White Peak. Matt is in the White Peak discovering that the limestone that characterises the region is the remnant of an ancient tropical reef. Ellie is in the Dark Peak, where it’s gritstone that marks out the landscape. She takes a walk with an artist who maps the land and creates three-dimensional maps in metal. Ellie then ventures further north to catch a glimpse of England’s last remaining population of mountain hares. Sean Fletcher is at Haddon Hall helping with some of the restoration of this famous building. Adam Henson recounts the story of the tractor, from its origins in the age of steam to the hi-tech GPS-guided self-driving tractors of today. Tom Heap finds out that not everyone is pleased to see the return of wild boars to the Forest of Dean.

This month’s Adventure Show comes from the 3 Pistes – the UK’s highest sportive, with over 100 miles of road biking that includes more than 2,000 metres of climbing. Riders are taken through three of Scotland’s most iconic ski resorts, starting with the punishing ascents of Glenshee and the Lecht before finishing at Cairngorm Mountain. Also on this month’s Adventure Show, there is an exclusive report from Nepal which reveals that five months after the earthquakes that devastated much of the country, no outside aid has reached the mountain communities in the Everest National Park.

The details of Walter’s life have always been unclear, so Guy decides to find out what really happened, and uncovers an extraordinary life involving prisoner of war camps, daring escapes, and the constant threat of death and deportation.

Reggie Yates’ Extreme UK (BBC 3/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Monday 14th December 2015)

Being a British guy in 2015 is not easy, and in this series Reggie Yates travels to the extreme edge of modern British masculinity to discover that 21st-century pressures are changing the way we live, the way we love and even the way we look. In the second film, Reggie meets the angry young British men who think feminism has gone too far – and some of the women who have felt their wrath on an internet tailor-made for anti-feminism and trolls. He meets young guys espousing men’s rights at Speakers’ Corner in Hyde Park and the underground movement of male separatists of MGTOW (or Men Going Their Own Way). Reggie also encounters infamous self-styled pick-up artist Roosh V, who dishes out advice on how to have more sex with women – but doesn’t seem to like them very much.

This episode also features a bird’s-eye view of Scotland’s stunning landscape, a look ahead to the World Orienteering Championships, which Scotland is hosting this year, and a moving report from Nepal with James Lamb from Fife.

The Met: Policing London (BBC 1/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Monday 8th June 2015)

Documentary series filmed over the course of a year, following the officers of Britain’s biggest and busiest police service as they deal with life, death, crime and its victims. The killing by a Met officer of a young black man called Mark Duggan sparked the 2011 riots. Now an inquiry is about to decide if the killing was lawful, and Scotland Yard is anxious about renewed racial tension and more riots in London.

Michael Smiley: Something to Ride Home About (BBC 1 Northern Ireland and BBC iPlayer only | 10:35pm 11:05pm |Monday 8th June 2015)

Michael Smiley takes a bike tour of Northern Ireland, meeting other cycling enthusiasts en route and recalling stories from his past. In this edition, Michael meets comedian Kevin McAleer, tours the Beaghmore Stone Circles near Cookstown and goes to Strabane to take part in the Cycle Against Suicide ride to Derry with Jim Breen. His odyssey concludes with a cycle up the steep Mamore Gap in the company of 74-year-old Willie-John McLaughlin.

Britain’s Busiest Airport – Heathrow (itv/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Thursday 11th June 2015)

Documentary series going behind the scenes at Britain’s busiest and biggest international airport – London Heathrow. This episode reveals how cleaners, ground staff and flight crew turn around hundreds of incoming planes and prepare them for their next take-off, among them the world’s largest passenger aircraft, the Airbus A380. The airport is about to open a brand new two billion pound terminal and welcomes a very special royal guest. Duty manager Andy is called on to defuse a major international protest, and a team of workers battle the elements as they try to resurface one of the runways overnight before the first flight of the morning arrives.

Chris Evans’ seminal entertainment show returns for a live 90-minute anniversary special with the original crew including Danny Baker. Chris presents brand new features and revisits former memorable segments, as well as celebrating some of the brilliant, anarchic moments in the show’s colourful history. TFI Friday was at the heart of 90s Britpop, and featured some leading British and international bands, as guests queued up to appear during its run. Broadcasting from a new central London location, TFI promises to be an unmissable live television event. Also taking part will be Blur and Shaun Ryder, Amanda Seyfried and Kirstie Allsopp. Other guests include Liam Gallagher and The Who frontman Roger Daltrey, Ian Broudie and Zak Starkey who form a supergroup to mark the anniversary.

The second leg of Simon Reeve’s journey around the Caribbean Sea starts on beautiful islands and takes him along the coast of South America. On the beautiful and wealthy island of Barbados, he meets the owner of a traditional chattel house who has turned down offers of millions of dollars from luxury property developers and dives the reef on a hunt for invading lionfish which are disrupting the delicate ecosystem. On the green volcanic slopes of St Vincent, Simon meets the marijuana growers hoping, like their prime minister, that the drug will soon be decriminalised. Venezuela is one of the most turbulent countries in the Caribbean and from a high-rise slum in Caracas to the lawless border lands, Simon tries to work out how a country so rich in oil has fallen so low. Ending his epic journey in Colombia, Simon gains rare access to the Kogi – an indigenous people who have maintained their traditional forest lifestyle in the face of an encroaching and damaging modern world.

Great Canal Journeys (Channel 4/HD | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Sunday 29th March 2015)

Built nearly a century before the British canal system, the Canal du Midi in the south of France has been designated a world heritage site for both its historic importance and its beauty. Timothy West and Prunella Scales explore its most picturesque stretch, as is it gently meanders towards the Mediterranean. They visit Beziers; the Malpas Tunnel – the first navigable tunnel in the history of mankind; and taste the delights of cervelles d’agneau – lamb’s brain fritters – and brandy that’s almost 200 years old.

More Tales From Northumberland with Robson Green (itv/HD | 8:00pm to 8:30pm | Monday 30th March 2015)

Robson Green returns to his home county of Northumberland, uncovering more hidden gems of one of the most beautiful parts of England. In this episode, he heads to a part of Northumberland where a team of conservationists are aiming to rescue one of Britain’s great architectural jewels – Seaton Delaval Hall. He tries his hand at the Rapper Sword Dance, a North-East tradition that was once popular with miners. Robson also heads to Kirkley Hall near Morpeth to learn about the battle taking place in the Northumberland countryside between the red and grey squirrels.

It’s back-breaking, repetitive work in appalling conditions, but can Kieran, Shannon and Danny make it through to payday or will this soul-destroying job send them crying back to the UK?

Fat has a reputation as public health enemy number one. But is it really the devil we think? Recent headlines suggest that we may have got it all wrong, and that fat may not be as bad as we’ve long believed. Dr Saleyha Ahsan cuts through the confusion and reveals the surprising science of fat. She discovers that eating fat isn’t the only culprit behind the nation’s ever-expanding waistline and investigates some startling new research that suggests some saturated fats might even be good for our health. A group of nine volunteers take Salehya’s Big Fat Challenge to investigate the strange things that happen to our body and mind if we stop eating fat entirely. And Saleyha discovers the fat hidden in sea water that could make the food of the future a lot healthier. This programme shows how we can be smarter about fat if we know which ones we should really be eating and how much is good for us.

As well as trying to fend off a pack of top-flight professional drivers, May’s life is made harder by his support crew, the distinctly unsupportive Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond. Also in this show, Clarkson is at the track in the latest Jaguar F-type R and a sensational, modernised E-type called the Eagle Low Drag GT, while Hammond is in Spain to test the brand new version of the legendary Mazda MX-5. Finally, Brit Pack acting star Nicholas Hoult tries his hand in the Reasonably Priced Car.

More Tales From Northumberland with Robson Green (itv/HD | 8:00pm to 8:30pm | Monday 9th March 2015)

Robson Green returns to his home county of Northumberland, uncovering more hidden gems of one of the most beautiful parts of England. In this episode, Robson is on the trail of some of Northumberland’s greatest historical treasures. In the Farne Islands he goes diving, discovering some mysterious cannons and the wreck of a ship sunk by the German Luftwaffe in 1941. He learns about the fascinating Roman relics that have been unearthed here over the years. The Corbridge Hoard was discovered by students in the 1960s, and the Vindolanda Tablets are the oldest handwritten commentaries in Britain. Finally, on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne he hears about the Viking invasion and the legacy of the Norsemen.

Series in which hard-up young Brits, desperate to sort out their finances and get their lives back on track, sign up for one of the world’s toughest jobs. This time it is high-rise window cleaning in Canada. Perched on a wooden plank and suspended from some of Toronto’s tallest skyscrapers, it is terrifying and dangerous work. Can Stephen, Dom and Darcie conquer their fears and make it to pay day, or will the dizzying heights send them reeling back to the UK?

Speed with Guy Martin (Channel 4/HD | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Sunday 9th November 2014)

Speed junkie Guy Martin takes on new speed-based challenges in the second series of Speed with Guy Martin. Guy leaves his comfort zone as he takes to the water in a bid to set a new world speed record for a hovercraft. These machines float on a cushion of air and are notoriously difficult to control. Guy has to assemble a world-leading team of engineers and also learn a new set of driving skills. The hovercraft is the unsung hero of many armed forces, so to learn the basic skills Guy is put through his paces by the Royal Marines in a military training operation. To break the record Guy will need to hit over 86mph but at those speeds, because of the machine’s inherent instability, even the finest hovercraft pilots can and do lose control. Guy hopes to refine his skills by entering a round of the British Hovercraft Championship but realises he’s not flexible or well-balanced enough to compete.

Gareth’s All Star Choir (BBC 1/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Monday 10th November 2014)

Choirmaster Gareth Malone brings together an array of untrained voices from the world of television, sport and theatre to release the official 2014 BBC Children in Need single. Actresses Alison Steadman and Linda Robson sing alongside EastEnders actor Nitin Ganatra and Strictly’s Craig Revel Horwood. Also searching for their inner songbird are Countryfile’s John Craven, Blue Peter’s Radzi Chinyanganya, Bake Off co-host Mel Giedroyc and comedian Jo Brand. Fabrice Muamba and Maggie ‘The Machine’ Alphonsi join the choir from the world of football and rugby respectively, and the line-up is completed by Radio 1 DJ Alice Levine and actor Larry Lamb. In the second of this two-part documentary, Gareth and his choir undertake a promotional tour across the country to drum up support for their charity single. Will the choir be able to find their voices in time, and will the single see Gareth Malone return to the top of the charts?

The Adventure Show joins over 700 competitors for a 50-mile coast-to-coast race, taking in some of Scotland’s most beautiful and remote landscapes. Held annually since 1983, the Highland Cross starts at Kintail on the west with a 20-mile run over the hills to Glen Affric, before finishing with a 30-mile bike ride to Beauly in the east. Also in this programme, professional footballer Michael Stewart trains with a marathon runner and discovers his fitness levels are not quite what he expected. Plus, Deziree Wilson explores one of the Shetland’s most important nature reserves and tackles a dramatic climb.

Great Continental Railway Journeys (BBC 2/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Wednesday 12th November 2014)

Michael Portillo sets off with his 1913 guide down the spine of Italy from Rome to Sicily. Braving the traffic, Michael begins his Roman holiday by weaving among the capital city’s magnificent landmarks on the back of a 1950s Vespa. Following in the footsteps of early 20th-century British tourists, he pays homage to the romantic poets at the foot of the Spanish Steps before boarding the train south. Arriving in Naples, Michael savours spectacular views across the bay. From Naples, pausing only to pick up a pizza, Michael boards a ferry to travel to the beautiful island of Capri, a magnet for the writers and artists of Europe at the time of his guidebook. Heading south again on the long journey to Reggio Calabria, Michael shares lunch on board with fellow British travellers before their train is loaded onto a ferry for the short sail to Sicily. On the island, Michael finds out about apocalyptic scenes at Messina only five years prior to publication of his guidebook.

George meets the newlyweds investing their life savings in a dilapidated 1950s yacht. In rural Aberdeenshire, barley farmer Jane wants to build a traditional Scottish Highland bothy on a budget of just £8000. George’s Italian road trip continues as he visits a stunning olive grove that is home to a stunning treehouse. And George and Will’s homemade wilderness lodge starts to take shape, with the roof ready to be installed.

Underground Britain (Channel 5 | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Thursday 13th November 2014)

Documentary series in which engineer Rob Bell explores the UK’s subterranean wonders. Rob visits Europe’s largest cave system underneath Brecon Beacon national park, the dungeons of Chirk castle and explores the hidden remains of Ruthin castle. He also abseils down a cliff in the Gower Peninsula to a cave reputed to contain the bones of a prehistoric prostitute, and buries into the mountains of Snowdonia to discover the history of the local slate mining industry.

Having forded rivers, climbed mountains and endured a Burmese trucker stop, they must now venture into the Shan state, an area rife with civil war and normally closed to western TV crews, as they head towards Thailand and their final challenge – to build a bridge over the River Kwai.

Harry’s South Pole Heroes (itv/HD | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Sunday 16th March 2014)

Two-part documentary following the Walking with the Wounded South Pole Allied Challenge 2013. In the first part, four wounded British soldiers led by Prince Harry prepare to take on teams from the USA and the Commonwealth in a 200 km race to the South Pole. All sustained life-changing injuries in Iraq and Afghanistan. Brothers and sisters in arms on the battlefield, they now prepare to race each other through some of the harshest conditions on the planet. The UK team are the underdogs as they train in Iceland and struggle to get race fit. Then time in a giant deep freeze more usually used to test cars gives the five Brits some inkling of what to expect in the Antarctic. Not even last-minute words of advice from Prince Harry’s grandparents, as they are joined by their American, Canadian and Australian comrades at Buckingham Palace, can fully prepare the teams for the stark reality of what lies ahead.

In this month’s programme, the team head north of Inverness for the Strathpuffer 24, one of the world’s toughest mountain bike races, which takes place in the middle of winter and 17 hours of darkness. This year’s race has attracted over 500 competitors, who are pushing themselves and their bikes to the limit. The team also join the man they call the ‘moonwalker’, who likes to explore the hills of Scotland in the dark. In contrast, Cameron McNeish enjoys the hills during the short daylight winter hours, and there is a visit to one of the coldest and most extreme places in the world, where some intrepid Scots are blazing a trail.

Crime drama set on the remote Scottish islands. Detective Inspector Jimmy Perez believes he and his team are finally closing in on the killer as they discover what 17-year-old Catherine Ross was hiding from everyone in the hours before her death.

An Hour to Save Your Life (BBC 2/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Tuesday 18th March 2014)

Medical science series exploring the life or death decisions facing doctors in the first critical hour of emergency care. Including 360-degree access to specialist clinicians both at the scene and in the hospital, plus candid testimony from the medics themselves. In this episode, medics fight to save the lives of motorcyclist Vincent, who has been critically injured on a country road; 77-year-old Gudrun, who is rushed to hospital with a suspected stroke; and Ben, a young tree surgeon who has fallen 20 feet onto the pavement.

In this one-off documentary Dr Christian Jessen goes undercover to both investigate and undertake controversial gay ‘cures’ in both the UK and the USA. Christian is shocked to find that there are people who believe that homosexuality is a disorder which should be cured; as well as a growing number of therapists and self-styled healers who believe that homosexuality is a curable illness. He sets out to prove or disprove their claims by offering himself up as a suitable case for treatment. As a doctor who also happens to be gay, Christian is keen to find out what’s on offer for people who are uncomfortable with their sexual orientation and desperate for change. He wants to discover whether or not these ‘cures’ are effective by trying them on himself.

Keeping Britain Safe 24/7 (BBC 1/HD | 10:35pm to 11:35pm | Tuesday 18th March 2014)

Series meeting the everyday heroes who keep Britain safe, battling the unexpected challenges that unfold with each passing season. Julia Bradbury and Matt Allwright meet the engineers in Scotland restoring power after the worst spring storms in years, and go behind the scenes at the largest trauma centre in the Midlands as the team field the rise of sporting injuries in spring. Plus a report on the team at the largest blood processing facility in the world.

Who Needs Ibiza? The Great British Holiday (BBC 3/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Wednesday 19th March 2014)

Series following the efforts of the owners, the Toms family, and their dedicated team of young staff as they try to overcome a string of wet, recession-hit summers and make 2013 a roaring success at their 18-30s campsite in Woolacombe, Devon. After being hit by one of the worst storms in decades, the Europa campsite is suffering a worrying mid-season slump. To make matters worse, key managers Joey and Vicki have fallen out. With the all-important bumper bank holiday weekend approaching, it’s critical that the team pull together and bring in the cash. They need a record-breaking theme night that’s literally out of this world.

W1A (BBC 2/HD | 10:00pm to 10:30pm | Wednesday 19th March 2014)

Comedy sequel to Twenty Twelve. With the London games successfully delivered, Ian Fletcher starts a new chapter in his life as head of values at the BBC. Ian’s first challenge is to find somewhere to sit in a building aggressively over-designed around the principle of not having a desk. Ian finds himself holding the hottest of hot potatoes when Mebyan Kernow activist Nigel Trescott complains that Cornwall and the Cornish are shamefully under-represented on the BBC. Things get worse when BBC Spotlight South West presenter Sally Wingate goes public with her feeling that her failure to progress to a national presenting role might be part of the BBC’s institutionally anti-Cornish bias. PR company Perfect Curve’s Siobhan Sharpe comes up with some interesting ideas of how best to limit the damage. Meanwhile, producer Lucy Freeman is having meetings with head of output Anna Rampton and entertainment format creative David Wilkes about a forthcoming new flagship show.

Documentary exploring one of Japan’s biggest train crashes in modern history, caused when a driver tried to catch up with a delay of just 80 seconds. It’s a cautionary tale of what happens when punctuality, protocol and efficiency are taken to the extreme. On Monday April 25th 2005, a West Japan Railway commuter train crashed into an apartment building and killed 107 people. Just what pressures made the driver risk so much for such a minimal delay? Piecing together personal accounts of those affected by the train crash, with insights from experts and former train drivers, the film poses a question for a society that equates speed with progress. It offers a fascinating insight into the railway’s role in Japan’s post-war economic boom and the dangers of corner-cutting in the prolonged economic stagnation that followed. Through the lens of this catastrophic train crash, Brakeless considers the ultimate cost efficiency.

Documentary telling the inside story of Davina McCall’s challenge to raise money for Sport Relief, with exclusive behind the scenes access. The film follows Davina through highs and lows as she swims, cycles and runs from Edinburgh to London – 500 miles in 7 days. Davina’s husband, her parents and best friend provide a unique insight into Davina’s battle to overcome the toughest Sport Relief challenge yet. Spending 17 hours on the bike on the first day alone, Davina fights extreme fatigue and fearsome weather conditions.

The final edition in the current series from the award-winning gang show live on Friday night with a joyful, offbeat take on the week. British Comedy Award winner Adam Hills and co-hosts Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker are joined by Frank Skinner to take a look at the weird and wonderful talking points of the week including the stories and highlights from the 2014 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. The show also includes the regular feature: Is It OK? Viewers at home and the studio audience are encouraged to ask this question about anything from the week, without fear of judgement, and the three hosts attempt to step into the minefield of sometimes difficult and delicate areas and answer the questions with their own unique insight.
