On This Day back in 2011. I jumped in the shower, wearing my very sexy Adidas full body suit. Believe it or not. It’s the first ever time, I’ve posted these on my website!

On This Day back in 2012. I jumped into my shower wearing my UCI World Cup Team skinsuit! Just wish, they made more white Lycra skinsuit! Very hard, to get hold of them now!
Only two full days left!
I’ve only got two full days in Cyprus. Since I am flying back to Scotland late Saturday evening.
When I get back to Scotland, the much colder weather is going to take a while to get use to!
But of course, I am still hoping I will get at least one Scottish cycle in. Before heading back to England on the 29th September, which also happens to be my 37 birthday!

Speaking about going to Scotland for my folks 40th wedding anniversary.

I filmed a new vlog, in which I speak about changing jobs at the dog track, from bar man, to bar supervisor. Also about getting a new Bravia 32-inch Widescreen TV with build in Freeview HD. Just to add to it, I do the vlog, while having a shower wearing my white lycra Pearl Izumi Team Garmin-Chipotle cycling gear.
