So happy that the new Co-Op in Colsterworth is open!! Only two weeks, later than it should have been! I for one, will be using it a lot! Nice, that I can lock my bike up! The old Co-Op, had no where to lock a bike up!

First cycle in 7 days
I am back to my normal happy self, now my cold has gone at long last. Since I am fully over it. I got out on my bike for the first time in a whole 7 days. Today I did want I call the “Colsterworth loop” not the longest cycle in the world since it’s only 19 miles. But I did not want to over do it. But tomorrow, if the weather plays ball I will try to do a longer cycle.

The main thing that I did today, was to go out the first cycle of this year… thinking about it, the first cycle since November last year. Since it’s been so cold, also had lots and lots of snow. I am not a big fan of cycling in the snow, since I know I would come off my bike and hurt myself. I was well pleased with my first cycle of the year, I did 19.05 miles, with a average speed of 13 mph, did the cycle in 1 hour 28 minutes and 6 seconds.
