Third cycle of the 2023!
Well check me out! Just back in from my third cycle of 2023! Also did my longest one of the year so far at 17.56 miles! Plus now done more miles, than I did in the whole of January last year!

Second cycle of 2023!
Happy days! Now already done two cycles this year! Just need to do 19.4 more miles, and I will done more than I did in whole of January last year!
If I can make it up to 100 miles. I will have done more miles than January and February joined up! Just shows, how little cycling. I was doing last year!!

First cycle of December 2022
That’s me just done of first cycle of December 2022! I only did 9.73 miles, so not the best! But still some miles, are better than no miles at all!
Oh and for this cycle, I was wearing my 2XU P:1 Propel wetsuit and along with a Jockstrap with Protective Cup underneath!! Which keep him under control!! 😈
