MOTD Live: UEFA Euro 2024 (BBC 1/HD | 6:30pm to 10:40pm | Sunday 14th July 2024) ** PICK OF THE WEEK **

Spain v England (Kick-off 8.00pm). Coverage of the final, which comes from Olympiastadion in Berlin, where England are aiming to win the tournament for the first time. Somewhat surprisingly, this is the first meeting between the two at a major finals since Euro 96, when England progressed via a penalty shootout after a goalless draw at Wembley Stadium. Wembley was also the venue in 2021, when Gareth Southgate’s men were on the wrong end of their final shootout against Italy, but they now have the chance to become the first England men’s senior team to win a major tournament on foreign soil. Spain have undoubtedly been the best team in the competition so far, and have seen off Germany and France in their last two matches to reach this stage, and victory here would see them become the most successful nation in European Championship history.

Secrets of the London Underground (Yesterday | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Tuesday 16th July 2024)

Waterloo. Series 4, episode 3. Tim Dunn and Siddy Holloway explore the forgotten tunnels underneath one of Britain’s busiest stations – Waterloo.

Susan Calman’s Grand Day Out (Channel 5/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Thursday 18th July 2024)

West Yorkshire Valleys. Series 7, episode 3. The comedian explores the West Yorkshire Valleys, beginning in Keighley, and also visits Holmfirth, best known for being the setting of sitcom classic Last of the Summer Wine. Susan then heads to the rugged Ilkley Moor, and in the charming village of Upperthong, she investigates the sport of welly wanging. Last stop is York, where she visits the National Railway Museum.

Getting ready for a cycle

Just a short video of myself. Getting ready to head out a cycle! Since it was raining, give me a good reason to wetsuit up!

This video was filmed using a Tapo 2K 4MP QHD Indoor Camera (Tapo C225). Which I use to keep an eye on Bugsy and Ted.
