So, so pleased with myself! Just done my first 100 mile week in a long, long time! So from Monday 24th June 2024 up to and including today, I’ve done 105.1 miles!!

And in other news, it turns out it was a year ago today. I did my first cycle wearing the Synergy Neon Lime Cycling Skinsuit. So, seeing that, give me the idea to wear it today!
