In Southwold, Michael visits the Adnams brewery and learns about the town’s history of ale production.

In Lowestoft, Michael discovers how aspiring wooden boat builders are drawn here from across the world to learn traditional skills, and in Great Yarmouth he visits the Burgh Castle Roman Fort.
