MOTD Live: UEFA Women’s Euro 2022 (BBC 1/HD | 3:50pm to 7:45pm | Sunday 31st July 2022) ** PICK OF THE WEEK **

England v Germany (Kick-off 5.00pm). Gabby Logan presents coverage of the final, which takes place at Wembley Stadium, as the winners of the trophy lifted by the Netherlands in 2017 are crowned. Sarina Wiegman, the victorious manager five years ago, is now in charge of England and hopes are high of her repeating the feat. The Lionesses enjoyed an impressive group campaign that saw them score 14 goals without reply in victories over Austria, Norway and Northern Ireland, secured a hard-fought quarter-final win over Spain after extra time and then recorded a dominant 4-0 win over a Sweden side ranked second in the world in the last four. However, the Germans are record eight-time champions of Europe and cannot be written off, having defeated the likes of Spain, Denmark, the Dutch and France en route to the final. With commentary by Robyn Cowen and Rachel Brown Finnis, and analysis from Alex Scott and Ian Wright.

Inside the Factory (BBC 2/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Monday 1st August 2022)

Susan Calman’s Big Seaside Holiday (Channel 5/HD | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Friday 5th August 2022)

The presenter’s seaside week is drawing to a close, but not before she stops at her final destination – Scarborough, a Yorkshire gem and a resort known for its historic charm. Susan kicks off her adventure by taking a trip on the historic cliff railway, where she’s greeted with fabulous views of the beach and surrounding area.
