Shelagh feels caught in the middle of their conflict, while Trixie is delighted by the opportunity of working at the new clinic. Sister Monica Joan’s crisis of faith continues to trouble her, a baby is born with no legs below the knees, and Lucille helps Cyril find the perfect accommodation that will benefit him and the Church.

Greta sets off to the annual World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, to call for an immediate reduction in fossil fuel use, but is frustrated by what she sees as a media obsession constantly pitting her against Donald Trump. As she travels across Europe, Greta meets Polish miners who fear that climate change policies will further decimate their industry and culture, and discovers the prototype of a technology that aims to capture carbon dioxide from factory emissions before it enters the atmosphere. She also meets one of her inspirations – Sir David Attenborough.

World’s Most Scenic River Journeys (Channel 5/HD | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Friday 23rd April 2021)
Bill Nighy narrates this journey along the River Spey, travelling from its source in the Cairngorms to where it enters the North Sea. Cameras also follow two river biologists counting the baby salmon population in the highest reaches of the river.
