The remaining celebrities must face their fears if they are to qualify for the cross-channel swim. They tackle their first night swim in Loch Lomond, enduring darkness and gruelling temperatures. Three teams of enthusiasts set about manufacturing a deluge of volcanoes, earthquakes and other small-scale natural disasters. Presented by James Richardson and Tim Shaw.

The boys are side-tracked by the intriguingly named Loch Drunkie, while the girls travel by steamboat down Lock Katrine.
