That’s me now done 48,000.3 miles of cycling, since April 2003! Which is a hell of a long way! Should get that to over 50,000 miles before the end of the year!!

Three and half million steps since 06/10/2016
That’s me now done 3,519,017 steps, since 6th October 2016! But still not got a new badge on the Garmin Connect website!
If I, have to hit 5 million steps, to get my next one, I will not best be pleased!

What a great idea! I am so up to going to a railway station, that I’ve never been to before! No idea, when I last went somewhere new by train!
