Great Ponton loop cycle

Well pleased with myself just done the longest cycle of the month so far. I did a grand total of 28.06 miles. Also set my fastest speed of the month. My average was the slowest of the year so far. Then it was the cycle with the most hills, so far this year. So I guess my legs are still getting use to hills again. And to person that asked if I am going slower due to putting on weight at Christmas. No that’s not the case at all. I always go slower in winter.

I will leave you with cycling statistics from the Great Ponton loop cycle.

  • Distance: 28.06 miles.
  • Time: 2:17:33 (h:m:s).
  • Avg Speed: 12.2 mph.
  • Max Speed: 29.2 mph.
  • Elevation Gain: 294 meters.

Data from: Garmin Connect.

  1. Here I am again, but you did ask for comments! Well yes, of course I rate these photos very highly!! I especially like the one where you are turning away from the camera. Oh, you’re such a tease 😉 AND……..I think the trousers are quite sexy. I can imagine the rustling sound they make as you peddle along! I’m off to work now…..such a lovely way to start the day! 🙂
